2025-2026 Advisory Committee Elections
​On September 27, 2025, the SFDM Membership will elect a new Advisory Committee, a core group of people who will make sure the Dyke March happens in 2026 and beyond.

Eight seats are up for election.

A ninth seat will be held by the Interim Steering Committee from 2025 to ensure continuity.

Advisory Committee members hold seats for two years.

The Harvey Milk Democratic Club will assist in conducting the elections.

Info on nominees and the elections process will be sent to Membership by September 15.

Elections will be hosted in person in San Francisco on September 27, 2025.
Run for the Advisory Committee
You are eligible to run for a seat on the Advisory Committee if:

You are a Member of the SF Dyke March in good standing, which includes being registered as a Member and paying annual dues. Remember, dues can be as little as $5 per year.

You have attended at least 2 Town Halls in the last 12 months OR been a registered volunteer at SFDM 2025. (The Town Hall on election day counts as one of two Town Hall attendance requirements.)

You identify as a Dyke.

You reside in one of the nine Bay Area Counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, or Sonoma.

You complete the Dyke March Advisory Committee Application.

Your application is received by September 7, 2025 at 11:59pm PDT.​​​
